These are the terms upon which you may make use of this website (the “Aroxo Site”). By using the Aroxo Site, you indicate that you accept these Visitor Terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Visitor Terms, please do not use the Aroxo Site.  Aroxo Users who register on the Aroxo Site should note that they are also governed by the Aroxo User Agreement.

2.                   Accessing the Aroxo Site

Access to the Aroxo Site is not an entitlement, and thus we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Aroxo Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Aroxo Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.From time to time, we may suspend access to parts, or the entirety, of the Aroxo Site, even to Aroxo Users, or may close down the Aroxo Site indefinitely.Any of the material on the Aroxo Site may be out of date at any given time; we are under no obligation to update such material.

3.                   Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Aroxo Site, and in the material that appears on it.  All those rights are reserved. It is easy to copy material which appears on websites, but this does not mean it is legal. Therefore you may not copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from the Aroxo Site, or any of the material which is found on the Aroxo Site, unless properly licensed in writing to do so by us.

4.                   Reliance on information posted

Materials appearing on the Aroxo Site are not intended to amount to information or advice on which reliance should be placed.  We therefore exclude all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on those materials by any visitor to the Aroxo Site or by any other person.

5.                   Linking to the Aroxo Site

You may link to The Aroxo UK site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association where none exists.The Aroxo Site must not be framed on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

6.                   Links from the Aroxo Site

Where the Aroxo Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only.  We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Note that Aroxo is a trade mark, and may not be used without written permission.

We may change these Visitor Terms at any time by amending this page of the Aroxo Site.  You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to check this page from time to time in order to review any changes to the Visitor Terms, as they are binding on you.

9.                   Governing Law

As Aroxo is based in England, and the Aroxo Site is made available to users from there, these Visitor Terms shall be governed by English law.
